Toni Grier is a dedicated litigation attorney with a strong foundation in advocacy, public service, and client-focused representation. As an Associate Litigation Attorney at The Dennis Law Firm, she brings courtroom experience, strategic thinking, and a passion for justice to every case she handles. Prior to joining the firm, Toni served as an Assistant Public Defender with the Georgia Public Defender Council, where she spent more than four years representing clients charged with serious felony offenses, handling complex criminal matters, and developing extensive trial and courtroom experience.
Toni’s legal background also includes internships and clerkships with organizations such as Fanatics and Pajcic & Pajcic, as well as serving as a Certified Legal Intern with the Fourth Judicial Circuit Public Defender’s Office in Florida. These experiences helped shape her practical approach to litigation and strengthened her commitment to advocating for people during difficult moments in their lives.
A graduate of South Carolina State University, Toni earned her bachelor’s degree while serving as Captain of the Women’s Basketball Team, demonstrating the leadership, discipline, and teamwork that continue to define her professional approach today. She later earned her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law, where she was actively involved in multiple organizations. She also served on the Mock Trial Team, was Vice President of the Moot Court Honor Board, and served as Vice President of External Affairs for the Student Government Association.
